Tunlaw Industries, Bethesda Lactation, and breadsoda are teaming up to support Women Giving Back, and we need YOUR help to make a real difference for local women and children in need.

What’s the goal?
Women Giving Back provides quality clothing, at no cost, to women and children in crisis. They serve up to 1,200 women and children monthly, helping families reclaim dignity and confidence.
We’re collecting gently used and new clothes, shoes, and accessories for women and children (infants to teens). Your donations will stock Women Giving Back’s boutique and directly impact lives.
Extra fun: mystery box draws
Make a donation, pick a mystery box, and unwrap a surprise!
Participants who bring a donation can choose from a selection of sealed mystery boxes—each one holds a different prize. Some are fun, some are practical, and a few are truly special.
Dine & Donate at Breadsoda
During the Threads of Hope event, Breadsoda will donate 10% of sales to support Women Giving Back. Join us for a meal or a drink, and know that your patronage contributes directly to helping women and children in crisis.
What to donate
Top needs:
Kids’ clothing (all seasons)
Boys' sizes 2-8 (especially needed)
New socks & underwear
Other items:
Women's & children's (infant to teen) clothes
Women’s & children’s shoes
Maternity apparel
Medical scrubs
Professional attire (e.g., suits, scrubs, & chef’s whites)
Fashion accessories (e.g., purses, hats, scarves, belts, & jewelry)
Gently used bras
New unopened underwear & socks/hosiery
New, unopened toiletries & makeup
New unopened diapers (sizes 4-6 are always in high demand) & wipes
Donation guidelines:
In style (<5 years old)
Freshly laundered & odor-free
In "ready-to-wear" condition
We can’t accept:
Men's clothes
Outdated apparel (5+ years old)
Event-specific or corporate logo apparel
Used swimwear, underwear, bath robes, socks/hosiery, & scarves
Household items (e.g., bedding, furniture, & appliances)
Baby equipment
Toys
Books
