Caitlin Lawrence Joins ACT-IAC Voyagers 2026 Cohort
Tunlaw Industries is proud to share that our Founder, Caitlin Lawrence, has been selected to join the 2026 American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Voyagers Program.
This opportunity marks an exciting chapter in Caitlin’s leadership journey. From the start, she has built Tunlaw Industries on the idea that complexity is not something to avoid, but something to harness. In her view, the challenges faced by government and industry are often signals of where innovation, design, and collaboration are most needed.
“For me, leadership is about turning uncertainty and complexity into opportunities for impact. The Voyagers Program is a chance to sharpen that approach, learn from peers across sectors, and carry forward new ideas that help government and industry work better together.”
Participation in the Voyagers Program will give Caitlin space to grow as a leader while strengthening Tunlaw’s role in the larger federal innovation community. The program’s cohort model brings together emerging leaders to tackle real-world challenges and exchange diverse perspectives. That experience will help Tunlaw deepen its ability to connect strategy, design, and service delivery in ways that make a difference for our partners and the people they serve.
The ACT-IAC Voyagers Program is a highly regarded leadership development experience for rising leaders in both government and industry. It is designed to prepare rising leaders for future advancement through courses grounded in the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Executive Core Qualifications. What makes the program unique is its structure: every class is built on a 1:1 ratio of government to industry participants, creating genuine collaboration and peer-to-peer learning across sectors.
For Caitlin and for Tunlaw Industries, joining the 2026 Voyagers cohort is more than recognition—it’s a chance to shape the future of service delivery alongside peers who share a passion for innovation and public impact. We look forward to sharing updates from Caitlin’s experience in the program over the coming year and the ways it will inform our work to turn complexity into opportunity.
